At the very heart of the Central Queensland Christian Convention is Christ-centred Bible teaching from experienced Bible teachers and this year’s convention, in May 2011, is no different.
We are very blessed to have two great Bible teachers with us helping us discover God’s amazing grace to us in Jesus.

In a world littered with many gods, all clamouring for our devotion, two speakers will be urging us, from the Bible, to worship Christ alone. Held in May 2010.
After the 2009 convention, the Ballin family had this to say, "Excellent job. Really challenging speakers, uplifting music and great facilities. My children are already talking about next year." And someone else anonymously wrote: "Good eggs." We're not real sure what they meant. :) |
Our theme for this year’s convention will be "Faith Alone". We want to learn and understand the teaching of the Bible: that justification (the declaration that someone is right with God) is by grace alone through faith alone because of Christ alone. Hope to see you there, in May 2009.
Anthony will be helping us to understand the doctrine of "Faith Alone" as revealed by God in the Old Testament. Phil will be giving us the New Testament perspective on “Faith Alone”, particularly from Galatians. |
